Available Courses

BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate breaths and ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. The course reflects science and education from the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC)
Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED teaches participants to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. This course is available in three different training methods – blended learning, classroom training and self-guided learning. All Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course options teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA Course Completion Card.

Heartsaver First aid teaches participants the lifesaving skills of first aid. Based on the latest American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

The American Heart Association offers Heartsaver First Aid in two formats: blended learning (online) and classroom training. Both options teach the same current American Heart Association science-based skills and award the same Course Completion Card, valid for two years.
